This is not a complete archive, time didn't allot us the
opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards
deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least
20-40 pages archived (non-logged in pages, 15 topics per
page).
Popular boards may have as many as 250 pages archived at 50
topics per page, while others deemed of historical
signifigance may be archived in their entirety.
We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.

ok so we have a granet vs iron calculators...so where is my green garnet vs brass one vs mana c...lol
just a thought for someone out there...
have a calculator take into account what your war magic, melee d, and mana c is and then enter in the stats of your wand/baton etc and tell you what the effect would be on each based on tinks etc...
so who has the spare time for that as well as all the info needed for it?

Granite vs iron is purely a damage over time calculation, there's no subjectivity involved.
With green garnet, brass, and opal, it's really up to you which is more important. If your mage needs high melee defense with a certain damage type (e.g. bludge for EO), use brass on that wand. If there's a damage type where melee defense isn't as important (e.g. fire), use green garnet. I'd say opal is only useful for buffing wands - any mage would benefit more from green garnet or brass than from opal.
