Updated on one PC, but on the other PC I have same problem as those above.
Deleted and reinstalled decal and still the same on PC that won't update.

For those of you getting this to happen ...
I got this:

<No Surrogate> is the error next to some of those Xs
I uninstalled, reinstalled no go,
then uninstalled ran CCleaner and reinstalled ... and yet ...no memlocks update ... Decal go BOOM

The error msg I am getting is BECAUSE I did not UPDATE GAME FIRST....

I did update the game first, exactly as I did it on other pc. Decal is not updating on this pc for some reason.
edit... I am not dual logging, I have 2 pc, 2 connections, one updated, one won't, my guess is a decal server down?

Been trying the fixes on decal forums, repaired net2 and tried to run Hazs fix with and without a firewall running after deleting decal, I just get an error box ((

Downloaded the decalUtil from decal site NOT the links in posts on forums, opened zip file and ran autoupdate ))
