There is no point in trying Tink It. Tink It stopped working in July of 2005 when Throne of Destiny was released. It is never been updated to work with the new Throne of Destiny Client / Decal.
As to what folks use these days, I have no idea. It certainly isn't Tink It

Are you looking for a Chance of Success calculator, a 'best tinks' calculator, or a tinker bot?
For chance of success, that is now built in.
For best tinks, Find It! displays the best remaining tinks for a weapon when you /fi/info it (displays as 4G5I for 4 Granite, 5 Iron) etc.
The tinker bots I've seen are private code, probably in ACMacro.

What was the plugin that gave you the % chance of success in game AND also would do the tinks for you? You'd pick the bags to use for each tink attempt and and see your chances of success and then just click GO (or whatever) and it'd do all the tinks assigned automatically for you.
