Need suggestions for plug in loads (Eltank replacement)

So my previous plugin load was ELTank and quest timer. Now that I don't have tank to use (and it is high time I moved on anyway) I need suggestions on replacement sets that will not violate any of the "interesting" licencing restrictions out there. Here are the features I used...
1) Buffing
2) Finding specific items on radar (the old sixth sense ability)
3) Corpse looting for specific salvage
4) Corpse looting for specific weapon types, weapon mods and majors
5) Automatic USTing (with protections against usting things looted for other reasons)
6) Quest timing
7) Spam filtering
8) Very occasional ACM (switching around plugins is acceptable)

Wow, eltank users sure are lazy.
All this stuff is plastered all over the forum, but whatever.
1) Buffing
-> Lifetank does this, but i prefer to do it manually.
2) Finding specific items on radar (the old sixth sense ability)
-> Find It!
6) Quest timing
-> Quest timer
8) Very occasional ACM (switching around plugins is acceptable)

Please note, using any of the It! programs with software capable of UCM (such as Lifetank) is against the license agreement.
Doing so will result in Bad Karma accumulating on yourself and make you a target for the more spiteful attacks of Eris.

To answer most of your needs : Alinco. Very close to El tank without the combat macro options.

How about a plugin which lets you know info about the critters you are fighting?
The best vulns to use, how much health the critter has left, how far away it is???

Here is what Target Info does:
Target Info tells you what monsters have had debuffs cast on them, regardless of who cast them. You just have to be around when the vuln is cast. This is very useful in a fellow, where you have a few mages casting vulns at the same time. Makes avoiding those annoying recasts easier!!
It displays the vulns in an onscreen HUD for the creature or player you currently have selected. You can cycle through vulned or nonvulned monsters (and/or players) using hotkeys you define with DHS.
Good suggestion though  Tank had this feature and I miss it
